Jack Mahoney, shown in the photo above, was receiving an award from the Philadelphia Police Department. Mahoney was General Manager at WIBG and WIP and Regional Sales Manager of WCAU. He worked in Philadelphia Broadcasting in the fifties, sixties and seventies. Jack passed away in 1982.
