Broadcast Pioneers member Blaise Howard's 37-year career in radio began in his home town of Pittsburgh, PA. His first job was an account executive position at WKTQ-AM. He also spent several years at WDVE-FM and KQV-AM before being promoted to his first management position at WLEE, Richmond, VA.

In 1984, Howard joined Group W Radio where he held various positions at several Westinghouse radio stations. He served as General Sales Manager at KDKA, Pittsburgh; Station Manager at KYW, Philadelphia; and Vice President and General Manager at KPIX AM/FM, San Francisco.

For nearly two decades, Blaise Howard has held the position of Vice President and General Manager of WBEB-FM (More FM) at 101.1 The Philadelphia station is owned by Broadcast Pioneers member Jerry Lee.

Howard has been named one of the Best General Managers in Radio five times by Radio Ink magazine. Presently, he is a member of the Board of the Philadelphia Ad Club. He is also active with the Salvation Army, and the Philadelphia Radio Organization. Blaise and his wife, Patricia, reside in Berwyn, PA. They have two children.
