Joe Juliano has worked for the Philadelphia Inquirer for twenty-five years as a sports writer and columnist. That's a quarter of a century. He has covered college football and basketball, golf and the Penn Relays. He also spent four seasons on the 76ers beat from 2003 through 2007.

He came to the Inquirer after ten years at United Press International, where he spent his last seven years as their Philadelphia Sports Editor. He also worked in UPI bureaus located in Miami and Trenton. A graduate of Temple University, he lives in Broomall with his wife, Debbi.
