Broadcast Pioneers member Bill Webber hosted a kids program on WFIL-TV. His sidekick on the wire was Elmo Wiffleweather who brought Bill the weather. We are constantly adding new information about this show to the "Breakfast Time" history page.
From September 1959, here's a brief audio excerpt from BREAKFAST TIME with Bill Webber. Be advised that we feel that the date on the original transcription disc may either be inaccurate or not written well. We think that this clip could very easily date from September 1958 and not 1959.
