Meteorologist Bill Henley reports weather on NBC 10 News Today (4 to 7 am), and co-hosted the one-hour daily lifestyle/entertainment program called “10!.” He joined the station in February of 1994. His expertise with the EarthWatch and today's "First Alert" weather systems led to its great success here in Philadelphia at NBC 10.

Henley came to WCAU from WJXT, Channel 4, an independent, non-network station in Jacksonville, Florida, where he worked since 1989 and hosted the very popular "Neighborhood Weather."

Prior to that, Henley worked at KNTV, Channel 11, the NBC station in San Jose, California, as chief meteorologist from 1987 to 1988, and at KXTV, Channel 10, the ABC-TV station in Sacramento, California, as a meteorologist from 1984 to 1987.

A Chicago native, Henley was graduated from California State University in Chico, California, with a degree in Public Communications. He minored in Meteorology. While attending college, he began his broadcast career at KHSL, Channel 12, the CBS station in Chico, California. In1982, the station named him weekday weather anchor. Henley and his wife reside in the Philadelphia suburbs.
