For many, many years, Bill "Wee Willie" Webber hosted various charitable telethons. In 1971, Democratic City Councilman-at-Large John B. (Jack) Kelly was a guest. He served from 1968 until 1980. Kelly passed away at the age of 57 of a heart attack while jogging. John's father, John, Sr., was an Olympic rower (1920). Jack, Jr.'s sister was actress (Princess) Grace Kelly.
