This is the set of the Captain Noah and the Magical Ark which was built by Nat Elkins. The date was 1970 and channel 6 was still WFIL-TV, owned by the Philadelphia Inquirer and Walter Annenberg. Captain and Mrs. Noah are, in reality, W. Carter Merbreier and his wife, Patricia.
