Pete Boyle

Beginning in 1950, Pete Boyle was a staple on Philadelphia television. He stayed on Channel 3 until 1963. He had a weekday show called Lunch with Uncle Pete at 12:15 pm early on, sponsored by the Acme supermarket chain and later on Saturday mornings. He did the commercials for Acme Markets and Sylvan Seal, their line of milk products.
