Broadcast Pioneers member Charlie Higgins, who sent us this photo, e-mailed: I'm not sure just what this is but I suspect it has something to do with selecting monitoring for the announcer. Photo dates from approx. 1937 and we do not have a clue what this thing did. Can someone help us? E-mail us if you have any information. We do know that this was in the WFIL Radio Studios in the Widener Building in Center City Philadelphia.
