This photo dates from 1964 and shows Johnny Carson who is less than two years into his three decade run on "The Tonight Show Starring Johnny Carson." In the center is Billy Banks, co-owner of WHAT AM & FM. On the extreme right is Carl Ballantine who played Lester Guber (the "get rich quick con man) on "McHale's Navy."

It's interesting to note that this picture was probably taken on the same day as the Bill Webber pix with Johnny Carson. Notice that Johnny is wearing the exact smae clothing in both shots.
