On Wednesday, March 20, 2002, the Broadcast Pioneers of Philadelphia paid tribute to the TV Kids' Hosts of our market. Speakers that day were Joe Earley, Sally Starr, Captain & Mrs. Noah with the moderator being Bill "Wee Willie" Webber. All are members of the Broadcast Pioneers of Philadelphia. On that day, Sally brought her personal photographer that day, Peggy Ulatouski and these are her photos.
