On Tuesday, July 29, 2008, the Broadcast Pioneers of Philadelphia took a tour through the CBS Radio Group stations in Bala Cynwyd, Pennsylvania. Those stations were WOGL, WIP and WPHT Radio.

We spent two hours visiting all the places at the radio stations that would normally be off limits. It was our second such venture. The previous year during the summertime, we visited KYW-TV, CBS 3 in their new digs at 16th and Spring Garden.

The tours of different broadcast facilities have continued over the years and now, it's a tradition.Holiday has been a fixture at WOGL for the last quarter of a century. Pat Delsi is a former President and former Chairman of the Board of this organization. Pat broadcasts over many stations in his career and owned WSSJ (the old WCAM) Radio located in Camden, New Jersey.
