At our that meeting, the Broadcast Pioneers of Philadelphia awarded three $2,000 scholarships to area college students. Broadcast Pioneers Board Member John Roberts introduced each of the students and before making the presentations, told a few stories. Since we didn't have our cameras set up to record the remarks, we asked John Roberts to recreate the stories after the luncheon. PIONEERS IN BROADCASTING host Ed Sciaky did a quick Q & A with Roberts.
