Bill Webber has worked for at least 6 different television stations in the Delaware Valley. He's probably best known for hosting the Kids' Block of programming on WPHL-TV, Channel 17. However, when at Channel 17, he also served as a booth announcer. Here's audio of Bill doing a WPHL-TV ID on Sunday, July 12, 1970. It was most likely pre-recorded.
