Broadcast Pioneers member Bruce Flamm is WHYY's Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer. He's responsible for day-to-day operations of all of WHYY's multi-media programs and services. His previous positions at WHYY include Vice President and Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance.

Before joining WHYY, Flamm was Chief Financial Officer for Brandywine Asset Management, and Spree.com. An accomplished financial manager and CPA, Flamm has worked for some of the most respected organizations in the
region, including Conrail, Campbell Soup and Roy F. Weston, Incorporated (1986 to 1997).

He earned a Master's degree in business administration from Drexel University and a Bachelor of Science degree from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

He lives in West Chester with his wife Kathy. They have 2 sons, Matthew who graduated from Pennsylvania State University and is currently a graduate student in the Engineering school at the University of Pennsylvania. Their other son, Evan, is a sophomore at Penn State.
