Horn and Hardart sponsored the program here in Philadelphia. In New York City, there was also "The Children's Hour," sponsored by H&H. Other than the advertiser, there was no association between the two broadcasts.

In 1958, the program (for the first time in its history) went off the air for the summer. The program never returned to the airwaves.

Many well-known performers got there start on this program including Broadcast Pioneers member Al Alberts. Former Broadcast Pioneers President Dorie Lenz also performed on the show.
Esther Broza with Stan Lee Broza

Stan Lee's wife, Esther Broza produced the program. Both were inducted into the Broadcast Pioneers of Philadelphia's "Hall of Fame" in 1993.
Broadcast Pioneers member Gene Crane e-mailed:
Stan Lee Broza was also the Program Director of WCAU Radio and gave me my job (at the station) in 1946.
