Hilton Hotel
4200 City Avenue, Philadelphia
(looking east towards the expressway)
This is what the Hilton Hotel looks like going east (towards Channel 6) on City Avenue. If you are coming west, immediately after you pass Kings Grant Road (on the Bala Cynwyd side), you will see B-101. Right after that, on the left hand side is Stout Road. On Stout is where you can enter the parking lot or can find valet parking.

entrance is on Stout Road
(This is also where to go to get Valet Parking)
This is the entrance to the hotel and also where you will find valet parking ($10 charge). We cannot validate valet parking.
Hilton Open Air Parking Lot
on Stout Road
(This is the only place where we can validate your parking)
This is the entrance to the hotel's open air parking lot. Look for the signs saying "Hilton Event Parking." When you enter the lot, get a ticket. Bring it with you into the hotel and the Broadcast Pioneers can validate your parking stub so that you can get free parking. The hotel does not do the validation. We do.

We have arranged for free parking for those attending our banquet. On the opposite side of the street from the entrance to the hotel is an open air lot (not the parking garage) saying "Hilton Event Parking." The fee is normally $5. However, bring your parking receipt with you and we can validate it so there will be no charge to you. For those wishing valet parking, simply pull right into the front of the hotel. The fee is $10. Sorry, no validation for valet service or for the PCOM parking garage.
Just another word! When this event was at the Bala, we had plenty of free parking. Since this is something we had promised, we have made the above arrangement. However, keep in mind that the Broadcast Pioneers will have to pay the $5 fee. For those in a generous mood, you can elect to simply pay the normal $5 fee at the parking lot and thus save us the money. If half the people in attendance did that, we could give away another complete $1,000.00 scholarship. It all goes for helping students.
It is probably easier for those of you who work at Channel 6 or Channel 10 and the radio stations in Bala Cynwyd to simply leave your car in the lot where you park when you go to work.
