Broadcast Pioneers member Paul Norton worked at Channel 6 in Philadelphia for many years. Part of his duties was hosting (and producing) a program called Perspective. In April of 1983, he interviewed Delaware's Governor, Republican Pierre Samuel DuPont IV at the WPVI, Channel 6 studios. DuPont was the chief executive of the "First State" from 1977 to 1985.
